Well, first of all, I'd hope the tips haven't made it all the way to the pistons. Hopefully they're just sitting in the pre-chambers. I know it's a pain, but I imagine you could remove the fuel injectors on those two cylinders and pull the tips out through the injector holes. Good luck.

The tech manual covers how to remove the broken tips.

The main question is why the new ones broke. Maybe they where bad from the factory.

More details needed.
