Just installed one in mine:

Manufacturer = Dorman

part # = 85984 (60 amp momentary on with rubber boot over button)

part # = 85935 (15 amp momentary on w/o rubber boot)

Got mine at Advance Auto. I think a lot of auto supply joints carry Dorman switches.
