There is a much easier way to do the injector synch. This tool is $1399 (I paid $75 on that auction site we hate) that was developed to make the process much easier and faster:

That was the old one I got from Uncle Sam. Replaced with good used take out. This was the cause of my problem, not the result of the work by CAT.
