OK guys... let the ribbing begin. I can not figure out how to operate the hydro winch on my M925.

I put the tranny in gear and held the brake while I pulled the PTO lever to engage then put the tranny in neutral.

I can hear the PTO working but when I pull/push the line in/out lever nothing happens. The clutch at the winch in engaged and the spool lock is unlocked.

What an I doing wrong? I want to cover the obvious before I open the linkage box to check for drama.

Did you check the hydrolic fluid tank after you tried to winch to make sure it was full? System could have been dry, and the tank full before you stared and when you kicked it on, it may have drained drained the tank to the point it doesnt have enough fluid to run the winch.

Other then that, you could pull the supply line to the winch, put it in a bucket and see if fluid is even making it to the winch. ( I Dont know what kinda of PSI hydrolics on this truck, or if its even possable, if it isnt I hope someone will chime in)
