Half Shaft Leak?

Just got under the m1165A1 to get a better look at a dripping leak from the top of the deiver’s side half shaft. Can anyone identify the source and best next steps?

Is it GO90 or BFS?

It is ether a leaking diff output seal (90W) or brake fluid from the caliper.
It looks like brake fluid, check the brake reservoir and see if the front half is low on fluid.

It definitely smells like gear oil, so it must be GO90

Well now you know. Needs a seal. Make sure nothing wobbles before you pull it apart.
