I have found having a 20 ton hydraulic jack and a large rubber mallet quite handy.
I got the jack at Northern Tool for $20 and the mallet for $5.
I have been placing the jack between the front tire and the front of the fender with a small piece of 2x4 on the piston. This will straighten a fender remarkably. The same arrangement on the metal top of the M35 has removed a lot of the dent caused by 19 year olds climbing on it. Apply the pressure and pound the outside with the rubber mallet till it is back to being close. Cheap and simple.
The hood had a sag due to climbing on it also. The rubber mallet took about 90% of that out in just a couple of really good swings.
I may start a body shop.
