Head Gasket

Can anybody tell me from this picture weather or not my head has the "water jacket hump?"

I'm planning on ordering a new head gasket this weekend, and my instincts tell me no, but what exactly is this water jacket?

Its the hole in front of the block at the water pump boss. Its kinda hard to see in this picture, its in front of the space between the valve and the piston
