Headlight issue

So from what I have read having the 30a headlight fuse blow is a fairly common issue. I placed an inline fuse in the harness that resets itself, but that is no solution to the issue. Once it gets warmer outside I plan to clean out the fuse block under the dash, install the heavy-duty LMC harness as well as cleaning the grounds and bulb sockets. I was wondering where all of the grounds are located that I should clean and if there are any other possible solutions to this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
