I've been lurking and learning on this site for more than 2 years so I think it's time to say hello. Really a great bunch of guys/gals on here with more MV experience and knowledge than I will ever pick up. But I'll keep reading and learning.
I have a couple of old M35A2's that I use for clearing cedar trees on some rural acreage near Austin. The deuces aren't parade quality but they are pretty much complete and have been remarkably trouble-free for almost 2 years now. With the tips I have picked up on this site, I should be able to keep them going for as long as I need them. They will surely last longer than I am likely to.
I am astonished by the large number of SS members in the Central Texas area, and everywhere else in Texas for that matter. A big HELLO to you all! Let me know if you need some limited-experience help. I have lots of free time these days and enjoy playing with big machines.
