help with 5 ton Vin years???

I just picked up two M818's yesterday and the trucks do not have data plates on the dash. I did find a number stamped on the drivers side frame rail inside the fender. Can someone please tell me what Make and Year these trucks are so I can submit the SF-97's?

Truck #1 C124-10579
Truck #2 C124-10999

They will be Kaiser Jeep's 69 or 70 and should be XM818's
