Help with password reset

Someone wrote me on another list and asked the following. Any suggestions I should relay to him?

I have been trying to reset my password on this site. I went through the process and got a confirmation code. However after entering the confirmation code all I get is another code sent to me and not a new password. Is this something you can help with?

I will help him out... BTW, I think that is mentioned somewhere under the FAQ's.

I'm the guy with the problem. emailed support@steelsoldiers.com and it was returned...several times...Very frustrating can't reregister because my email is already registered. help
