HMMWV air and temp controls

These obviously need replaced, but I can't figure out what the technical name is for them? I've searched many terms but came up empty so far.

You can easily straighten those with a little time and TLC, if the inner cables are not frozen.

I'll give it a shot. Haven't received the truck yet. Still waiting on the damn EUC approval. Not sure how deep the rust goes on the ends, so we'll see.
