i have seen these on older humvees. they looked like field installed parts. back when they used phone books and other stuff for protection.

That looks like the doors that were being put on Humvees when the 2003 Iraq War began. It does seem to have a bend in it so it might have been made in the US, but I saw lots of articles in the news of that type of armored door being fabricated and installed over there along with that "Gun Truck" rear armor.
