Hmmwv headlights

Stupid as heck question. My m1097r1 came with the upgraded truck-lite leds neat. Not so neat the passenger side is upside down. The headlights are on a three post design and only one of them is the correct orientation to even mount it, but the low beams are on top. Is this intended or has my truck been given two driver side assemblies?

With some closer inspection I finally noticed the text on the bulb that said top whoch indicated that the bulb on the passenger side was the one mounted correctly haha.
