I have an M1152A1 that brakes fine when it’s dry out but add a little snow then the back end seems to slide out way earlier that expected.
Is there a way to adjust the proportioning valve or should I just leave it alone.

You could install a remote stand alone proportioning valve to the rear brakes with an adjustable knob and makes everything very easy. Have done this on equipment over the years.

A little more digging and I found something in the brake system called a brake pressure regulator. A quick google of what that is and it states that it is a proportioning valve. So my question now is where would I put the adjustable valve?
