hose and filter

I need to replace all of the coolant hoses. On the filter, when I open the drain valve, nothing comes out.

You may need to clean out the hole or remove the whole assembly and clean it that way. You may have something plugging the hole.

Was the "ignition"/accessory power switch on when you tried to drain the primary fuel filter? Do you have a working in-tank pump? I have had to poke a twig or something into the petcock on occasion to get it to start flowing. If you do a search for coolant hoses, you should find all the info needed to do the task. Be sure to flush your engine and radiator while its drained and refill with SCA additive and good commercial truck anti-freeze.
