What makes this particular Military Vehicle Preservation Association International Convention a great venue for a SS Rally, including possible MV convoys from the Northwest, East, and Southwest, is the variety of onsite camping options in addition to the Host Hotel and other lodging within 4 miles of Alameda County Fairgrounds. With over 200 MVs likely on display, a 300+ table vendor show, several offsite excursions by motor coach, seminars, dinners, and no cost to register a "Display Only" vehicle, what's not to like? With some national vendors planning to attend you can pre-order parts, paint, or tires and have them delivered to the show with freight prepaid.
