Humvee Wheels on a newer Dodge?

Was wondering if anyone has put Humvee wheels on an 06 or newer Dodge truck.The recipient would be an 06 1 ton 4x4. Any thoughts?

Won't work. '03 and up require a 17" wheel min. due to caliper size. Even some aftermarket 17's will rub.

How about with an aluminum spacer of some sort? Or am I trying to get blood out of a turnip?

I know some folks have got a certain 16.5" Mickey Thompson rim to fit, I dont know which one tho. I've also have seen people grind on their calipers to get other 16.5" to fit. Unfortunatly its definatly a trial and error proposition. I know this doesnt answer your question exactly but atleast you may be able to run the tires.

Personally, I'd never run spacers. Especially on a 3/4 ton or larger truck. Just not a great idea. Even then I think its gonna hit the caliper.

I'm not a fan of grinding caliper, unless it's very minor, for a street driven rig either.
