I bought 87 M998 had no generator bought a 60 amp and can't figure out

I bought this 87 M998 had no generator in it, I bought a 60 amp generator and there is a aluminum strap on the humvee and a thick black cable but I can't figure out where they go anyone have any suggestions I have never messed with one of these before thank you in advance for any help you may have
