I can't Believe I Found These - Winches

I was looking at a trailer at a local salvage yard and found these, he had about ten M37 a few years ago, I bought one of them. I guess he kept a few souvenirs.

did he keep any of the hardware for the troop seats? Our "Group" is looking for two sets, we can get the wood easily enough, two of our members have a lumber mills. Do great work on deck timbers too.

I have only looked at a small part of his yard, the two winch assemblies may be all that is left. I need both winches for the trucks I currently have that are winch less, it's funny I was looking at a really buggered up M37 a few months ago, I didn't buy the truck but the guy sold me a box of parts including a M37 PTO, now I guess I am going to have to have a couple of propeller shafts made to complete the make over!

I may have a set of troop seats.I will have to check my stockpile next week. The wood maybe shot.

I belive vintage power wagon has repo alot of the hard wear for the m37 troop seat

What kind of condition, I do have a Ford GTB to restore, it could always use a trailer! I need to hit that guy up on the M715 beds again as well!

James I thought is was a g 518 Ben Hur, but I guess not.It appears to be a g 516 by the data plate, looks like a ben hur but much smaller, pretty complete and the floor is solid.

I can't find any pics online of the g 516 trailer, you ought to get those 715 beds, if not they will rot into the ground.
