I bought two tires from Mr. Jalving at the Dayton MVPA show last summer to use for steers. They were practically perfect. They were mounted on used rims having light rust and in need of paint.

He had a bunch, some 90% some 100%, some on wheels, some not. But all were very nice and fresh - no weathering, cracking, dry rot that I could see. As he said to me as I was looking - "no junk here".
