Identify spare tire winch for M1101

I'd like to figure out a way to mount a spare tire on my M1101. I don't think mounting it on the tongue would be good due to the extra weight on the hitch. That leaves underneath.

It looks like this would be perfect:

However, they are sold out. Does anyone recognize what vehicle it is from or know a NSN?

I'm open to any other suggestions too.

Thanks! I can find them no problem now that I know what it is. Do you guys think this will be a good solution for under the M1101?

Not sure, they are big and heavy.

The cable is only meant to lift the tire/rim up, once up the 2 lug nuts go into the top part and you tighten them up to secure the whole thing together.

So, you will need access from the top to secure it.

Look at a -10TM for better description and pics.
