im finally getting one!!! how hard is it to register without a SF 97

Do a search for sf97's. It's been discussed here a lot. Each state is different. And congrats!

Yeah, it always seems like an adventure for something so simple! Although, my 1009 had no SF97 and it went surprisingly smooth with the DMV. I went out of my way to a small town SoS office. They were actually helpful.
