injector help

i have a 250 cummims and i am trying to find witch type of injector is there the numbers that i pull off the motor cummims cant match there are 2 sets of number on the plate witch are 11160 and the a SO 57707 . i would like to know if it is a top stop add or dial inc
any help would be helpful

Use the torque method. Adjust the injector first, then the valves on the same cylinder. Torque them to 68-72 in. lb. Easy way to tell if you have top stops or not, is to look down at the injector. If you can see the spring, you have a non top stop. If all you see is the flat top of the plunger, you have a top stop. You can set either injector using the torque method. Small cam engines like it that way.

Here is a picture of the top stop injctors. Looks like a castle nut on top. The non top stop has nothing but spring.
I've done mine like Will sugests and it works great.
