How does one tell if the injector pump is going bad?
I just install a new banks turbo and followed the instructions to turn up the pump.
It says to turn it 1/4 turn... well I got it to turn maybe 3/16 and it stopped. I drove it around and noticed that it seems to fall off around 5/6 psi on the boost. I tried to turn it some more but it will NOT budge.
Does this mean that it is maxed out? If it is, what might that indicate? Is there a solution other than a pump replacement?
If it is a pump replacement, who have you guys dealt with and had good success?
