I just bought my first deuce on auction. Auction was was awarded 3/26... Gov liquidation took my money 4/1...(verified from my credit card company)
My EUC still says "submission of EUC pending"
I've faxed it the first day, and emailed two other times. Called to see if they have received it and Gov LIQ. employee says they don't show record of it yet...

My invoice still shows unpaid...

Is all this normal?

If not, What should I do??

Best bet is to email it in and then use live chat to confirm. I have never had any luck with the phone. Once it's confirmed Gl has it, then sit down and join the club. NK14 is our President, I'm the sargent at arms and chief whinner. Watch the door for the likes of RAT4SPD, we don't allow HIS type in this club. :)

When it comes to GL and our government - there is NOTHING normal. Anytime you Register, Bid, Win, Pay and THEN ask for permission to buy, you know it's a little different.

Good Luck!!

You had better get on the horn first thing in the morning before it turns into a default situation. I usually go on the chatline thing. If they haven't recv'd it yet, I resend everything while I have them on the chatline. They can go into the email print it off or forward the info to the EUC specialist assigned to that particular Event.

I sent my paperwork for event 4107 on 3/26 as well. GL customer support confirms they have it; yet, my status still shows as "Submission of EUC Pending". I feel your pain.

Last four or five EUCs I have sent took 2 days before being sent to Battle Creek. When I called GL today, they said that due to the large number of lots in 4107 they are backed up.

Anyone else have an EUC sent to Battle Creek or clear from said event? I'm curious to know how many others are having the same problem right now. I was hoping to be doing recoveries this week!!

To prove that NOTHING is normal at GL, I live chatted to see if they could just take a peak at my status. After a brief 10 minute wait Heidi told me she had some bad news - it got kicked back at DRMS for being blurry. Odd, I thought that Daniel at GL checked these things and then they are checked at Battle Creek before being sent to DRMS for final aproval? I somehow got through to Daniel on the phone and he explained that it is his job to get the paperwork OFF HIS DESK. That is pretty much what he did. Got my paperwork off his desk and on down the line. Unless he has only been on the job a few days, he should know if it is too fuzzy for the folks at DRMS. Pretty much all he did was tell me to use the fuzzy one as a template for a fresh one. And I wouldn't have been this far if I hadn't done the live chat thing to check status. NK14 - you're about to have some competetion at the WAITING GAME bro.........

Ha ha you fell into the same black hole I am in. Here is what GL said when I asked what "Problem Report Resolution Returned to Battle Creek" meant:

info: Please wait for a site operator to respond.
info: You are now chatting with 'Meredith'
Meredith: Welcome to our live chat service! How may I assist you?
Doug : Good afternoon. I just saw this message concerning my EUC: Problem Report Resolution Returned to Battle Creek
Doug : Any ideas what is up?
Meredith: May I have your customer ID number please?
Doug : 77439XXX
Meredith: I'm not quite sure what the issue was, but our EUC department has sent a resolution to Battle Creek. At this point, nothing furhter is needed from you.
Doug : Any idea on timelines?
Meredith: First time EUC's can take 45-90 days or more.
Doug : Thanks
Meredith: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Doug : No
Meredith: Thank you for chatting! Please contact us again if you have any further questions.
Anyway, I am into day 33. Too cold outside to do anything anyway.

Thanks 4 the info guys. I called GL this morning, still no status. She did tell me to email my EUC info to the info@govliquidation.com... They already sent me a confirmation via email stating that they forwarded the EUC to the correct dept.
Again thanks, I was just getting a little stressed trying to figure out how 2 tell the wife that the beating I got for buying another deuce, was only going to cost us, and we wouldn't even get the deuce for the money... Ouch...haha

My wife doesn't understand me but she does not think I am a terrorist. By the way, is this the same government who thinks they can improve health care, car warranties and the auto industry? Seems one sheet of paper is a mountain for them.
I would be checking every couple days. Heidi was able to see during our live chat session that it was because it was too blurry. Then I got my EUC "specialist" (there term, NOT mine) on the phone and he pretty much said it wasn't his fault, etc, etc. I did up a fresh EUC, took some glass cleaner to my scanner and then scanned it at 600 dpi - the highest my scanner can go. It was almost a 5 meg file when I was done. Sent it to both Daniel and the info@gl. Heidi confirmed via live chat that they had it. Daniel emailed me later to say he has a co worker who is all over it. Meanwhile, I'll be waiting just like all the other problem children on the board. :)

Almost 6months for my M109 last year...

You have to hound GL sometimes until it gets to DRMS. Then don't call DRMS, or it meets Mr. shreader or the round fileing cabinet.

At least that's what I think happened.

Just chiming in as another member of the EU wait club. My info was sent in 3/13. Went to BC this past Thursday. Mine did not change from "Eu submission status pending" till last week. Best thing to do is chat with "Meredith" (aka room of computer operaters somewhere in India) or "Heidi" (aka adjoining room ) And get email confirmations of the status. Even though mine did not change I got email confirmation that they recieved it.
