Is this price about right?

I'm shopping for a 5 ton now, and I want an M809 series or newer. I spotted this the other day and am planning to look at it tomorrow. The winch is gone, which is a real bummer, because that is one of the things that I am specifically looking for, but I guess I can locate one seperately.

What do you all think of the price based on the ad?

Also, does anyone know the best place to look for supersingle wheels and tires in the Washington/Oregon/NW areas?

Price is OK for one IF it has the winch. Obviously he wants to keep it for another purpose, so offer him $1K less.
