I've got rocker panels for the cucv.....uh now what?

I bought rocker panels to replace on my cucv and not sure where to go. I bought the inner and outer panels but don't know what the inner should look like mounted on the body. Also most of the cab has rust about two inches wide eaten through the length of the rockers three inches ahead of it and all the way back of it. Wondering what i should do. Any ideas and has anybody ever done this before?
