J-hook windshield wiper arms

Has anyone replaced their windshield wiper arms with newer j-hook style. It seems to me like in the j-hook world, your blade options are greater. Ive been looking around on the net to see if someone sells a retrofit, conversion kit of sorts. No luck yet.

Look on Saturn surplus Web sight I think he has update kits to sell.

Have not done the J hook style but I did upgrade the arms and nozzles from an 87 Civy Truck that are attached to the arms:
