Jack for 1985 CUCV 1009

I'm searching for a jack for my CUCV 1009. I have one for a 1008 that is a little different. The one I have mounts in the right rear of the truck, while the 1009 one is a little smaller in diameter, does not have the mounting hole in the base plate, and mounts under the passenger seat. Looking for outright purchase or even trade for the one I have.

Here is a pic of the correct military jack for the cucv series...... Per the -10, the same jack is used between all models of the cucv. They all have the base plat hole.
