Hello guys.
I'm new here and my question could sound weird but... how many versions of ambulance have been made on jeep body during WW II.
I know a specifically conceived ambulance version provided with tubular stretcher bearing grids protruding from the front and the rear of the vehicle.
In the Net I saw pics of a jeep (I think to remember the vehicle is part of a Belgian museum collection) showing a different fitting. In this case the grid seems built with "V" metal border and at a first look it sounds like a kind of "field made" stuff.
Anyway I attach the pics of it....
Any information about the topic will be more than welcome.
Thanks in advance and have the best
Max
