Well i just picked up a 86' m1008. So far i'm in love with it. It seems to go really good offroad though i haven't taken it through much. However I guess me messing around with it and the cold weather has brought upon its issues. The oil pan has a leak around the gasket. Fair enough for a 23 yr old truck and that will be an easy fix. However i also have now a power steering leak. That seems to be coming from the steering box. There looks to be like a small plate with 4 bolts on the top of the box. Can somoene tell me what its for. Also should i just take it off and put like liquid sealant round it or is there an actual gasket kit for it?
