Labels for vent and choke controls?

Did the USA or anyone else ever put screw on labels on the dash of the M37s for the choke and vent controls? Mine has four holes arranged in rectangle above each control and their pattern is just about the same size as the label above the throttle control.

The manuals show the layout also.

Thanks. MVdataplates does list throttle and vent plates but no pictures and they're "not available at this time". I did look in my manuals but they don't show these plates.
