liability insurance?

My insurance company (Hartford) won't insure my 5 ton. Could someone suggest a company? I use it as a recreational driver.

I'm insured with Farmers on all my stuff (home, auto, I guess that's all). I pay around $160/6 months for basic liability for my M109A3 (the same as any other vehicle). In Virginia.

J. C. Taylor is an MV friendly company in PA who only writes collector and hot rod business. If your MV is 19 years or older,and they do business in your state, they'll insure it.

Google them. Good luck.

Edit: My experience is that, if you give them a model number, they'll actually know what you're talking about.

They expect it to be indoors, in a locked building, but do not have an annual mileage limit, nor do they limit what states you can drive in or how often you can drive it.
