Libby 300 amp welder with 4A084 engine - need used parts

I have a Libby LT0-300 welder. It has low hours and runs well and welds but it has 3 broken brush springs. Anybody have one for parts?

Anybody have a running one that you could check the open current voltage on the welding lugs with the setting at high? I'm getting 70 volts but it is marked 80 OCV. Does not appear to be related to the brush springs I mentioned above.

I have the Federal stock # 5360-406-4554. I googled it and got a bunch of aero space suppliers. I sent some email parts request but my experience has not been good with them before unless you are going to spend over 100k or so.
