LIghting - electrical problems - 800 series ?

I purchased 2 - M-812 trucks. On one, the lights and everything work. On the other, nothing works, no lights, no brake lights, no turn signals, ect. Where do I start, are there any main breakers, fuses ??? Why would the whole lighting system be bad. Mind you these trucks have less than 20,000 miles on them, so they are in good condition. Check the breakers on the firewall first. Then check the 3 lever switches for power. There's a connector that has individual pins for power in/out.

You have a wiring diagram right?
