Lights wont work

I just got a 84 Chevy 1008 it will crank and run fine but the windshield wipers or any of the lights work head tail or brake lights work

Check that your Blackout switch is set to 'Service'.
Then check that you actually have 12 volts to the junction block on the drivers side firewall above the glow plug solenoid.
