little help here ... booster fuel pump

ok I think my booster fuel pump on the IP is bad. my intank is dead , and my truck had been running ok till few days ago when it just died and will not restart. new filters and even blew out the fuel lines cleaned tank. the truck still needs a tank pump " got a inline today in the mail" however I can start the truck on starting fulid then it runs but will not idle , when it dies I cannot restart with out starting fluid.

does anyone out there have a Rebuild kit for the booster pump ?
