Who is they? If you mean military surplus - then no, not likely. Just make your own. There are several threads on here about ramps.

Here is what I do Get 4 4x4x10s and 2 2x12x10 and lay the 4x4s together and lay the 2x12s on top Works fine for side by side and ATVs also will store under the ATV to unload it. You can shut the rear tailgate also
