login from smart phone

Anyone eles have problems login in to gl from there smart phone. Keeps telling me i am using wrong password or user name. Yet i can get right on from any computor no problems. ?????

I haven't had any issues, but I sure wish they had a mobile version of their site. Make bidding on the run a lot easier!

Don't you know that phones are not "smart"?

My MIL had a stroke earlier this year. She spent 2 hours on the floor trying to dial 911 on her iPhone. Luckily we found her.

Couldn't get past all the steps:

1. button to turn on
2. swipe to login
3. phone to bring up the phone,
4. keypad to dial,
5. 911
6. and THEN Call.

Doesn't work too well when you can't move or see.

If you have an older parent, think about a push button phone for them.

With the iPhone to dial 911:
Push button
Swipe screen
Push emergency button

No need to go thru any other steps.

I gave my mother a large button "dumb" phone a few years back. You know what, it didn't do her any good because when she fell she didn't have the phone with her.

The day I found out that she had fallen I ordered one of the "I've fallen and can't get up buttons".
