Looking at an M813 Tomorrow, any quirks I should look for?

I am going to look at an M813 with 12K showing on the odometer, I am going to take a couple of batteries to see if it will turnover, it has been out of service at least two years so anything in particular I should look out for? On my 818 fuel leaks are a big problem is it the same with the 813? Anything else?

fuel leaks, make sure the fuel shutoff is in the forward position, other than that pretty straight forward.

Can't Run it?

I won"t be able to run it but I am going to see if I can get it to turnover, so I will have the fuel shutoff pulled.

i bet it will start with old fuel even if you let it, it will however clog all of the fuel filters in a heartbeat.

ensure your oil is good and not really clumpy. it will start with old fuel in there. don't be surprise of clogged fuel filter.
