Looking for 1 Tom's/Waterloo Overdrive kit

Good day, I find myself in a pickle, and will either need an entirely different transmission setup, or to somehow find one of these discontinued kits. What are the odds somebody has one they never used? I will make it worth your while. Thank you!

Have you contacted Tom Bauer directly? You never know what he finds on a shelf. It might not be a complete kit, but maybe parts to get you started?

I did yes, he's all out sadly. I even asked for measurements etc and he basically said it's just not worth it. I left it at that, he said my best chance was this basically
