Looking for a body shop in western Arkansas that can do CARC paint job

I am looking for a paint and body shop in western Arkansas that will work with CARC for a M1009 solid color repaint. I have taken it some body shops in the Mena area and they would not touch it. The job would include replacing the front fenders and a small amount of floor pan rust repair.
