I'm working on making some up with proper metal brackets (no one else seems to offer this) but it's going to be a little while still before I get around to finishing them up. Unfortunately I have far too many projects at the moment. Will probably offer them for sale once their done and release the files free for anyone who wants to make their own.

All over ebay
I've seen those, it looks like he's using printed brackets however, I don't know what type of filament he's using but I don't know that I'd trust their strength driving around at highway conditions after baking in the summer sun for an extended period of time.

ASA plastic is the way to go here since it won't degrade with UV radiation exposure. I believe that's the same plastic that's used for making automotive bumper covers and dashboards.

Yes, ASA plastic is the best option for print this in, also the best option for the bracket IF you are going to use printed brackets, I still think aluminum is the way to go though. Last I saw he wasn't specifying what type of plastic he was using.

Another thing with ASA plastic is it has very poor layer adhesion if it's not printed with a heated chamber which most peoples printers still don't have.

Agreed. Maybe this is something SendCutSend or Xometry can fulfill.
I'm planning to buy a LVOSS and bracket to take measurements off of and will be making my own replicas, probably going to be a couple months until I get around to it though, unfortunately projects seem to be piling up faster than I can find the time to get them done at the moment.
