Lubing the Air Pack

OK, if you get a Sears 5/16 eight point socket it is easy to remove the plug. If the plug is buggered, forget it.

So, today I removed the air line, two 3/4 brass fittings going into a 7/8 brass fitting. Use both the 3/4 and 7/8 inch open end wrenches. Squirt the lubricant, I used air tool oil, into the rear of the air pack and replace.

Just as easy, just more difficult, as removing the plug.
