looking for information I want to put a 16x8 rim with 4.5 back spacing tire= 315 75 16

Will the back spacing of 4.5 inch work?? this is a 34.6 inch x 12.4 tire

I will trim fenders and possible 1 inch body lift truck has a flat bed so rear is no problem I do not want a lifted truck
