M1009 Aqc Question?

I have noticed that the M1009's listed on the GL auctions appear to have 2 basic Gov Acquisition values. Some @ $28,000, and some @ 32,990. What's the difference in these vehicles?

The correct price is 32990 for 1009
15751 for a 1008
31249 for a 1008A1
14141 for a 1028

11989 for a 1028A1
37409 for a 1010 ambulance

28K could have been an old contract price but DRMO would not have access to that info. The unit can also mark a price on their turnin documentation. If DRMO overrode the system with that price, then that could be a factor but I would think that would be local not widespread.​
