m1009 blazer wont start

installed a cig lighter must have fryed something. went out to start it clicked then nothing all lights worked just nothing when you hit the key. tryed to jump now no lights work on the dash still nothing on the key head lights all work nothing that is ran off the key works. all new fuses new ignition switch new starter realay i have power up to fuse block some fuses have power some do not. help

You most likely do have a bad fuse. Or, a fuse not making contacts with the fuse holder. Have you removed and cleaned all the fuse contacts?

The best starting point is the Techical manual. Have you looked through the CUCV TM's under the resource tab at the top of the page? The TM ending in -20 has a huge electrical troubleshooting section that will talk you through exactly what to test and do next.
