M1009 Electrical resistors.

On my 1986CUCVM1009 my headlights, tail lights, turn signals, emergency lights, windshield wipers all of which are not working.
Please help.

No. The switch is not on. I’m not sure what the issue is

Start with downloading the -20 Technical Manual. It will tell you to start with load checking the batteries and making sure they are fully charged. Then, it has a 120 page troubleshooting section that will give you specific task for each of your issues.
