M1009 F/S in KC

There's a running M1009 on a used car lot on Hwy 40 in Kansas City, MO, near Blue Springs. I believe it was Hwy 40 Motors, it's west of Hwy 7 and east of Blue Ridge. My mom saw it when she was there and thought it was cool that it was like my recently acquired M1009

Dealer had $3950 on the sticker, and had it listed as a Cummings Diesel

If there's any good barterers out there I'd see about liberating it from that dealer. Body looked to be in good shape, lot less rust than mine but the interior apparently isn't so pretty.

I would buy it just for the Cummings Diesel, does it have a turbo?

Didn't see under the hood apparently, and I'm doubting it's a Cummings or Cummins or anything like that, but maybe it did have an engine swap at some point.
